•We have had Bill as our Realtor for over 3 years now and have both bought and sold properties through him. Bill is highly valuable to us because of the knowledge and experience he brings to the table. Time and again his expertise has helped us get the highest value while selling our properties (and also helped protect us from details we didn't think about that could have come back to bite us). When we purchased our properties years ago, Bills competence helped us avoid what would have been terrible investments and it allowed us to succeed with negotiations that were invaluable to our success now. I truly can not praise Bill's work and guidance enough. He has always gone above and beyond for us and continues to do so. I feel truly lucky to have had him as part of my team these past years. I would strongly recommend having Bill on your team for your next deal!
