•I cannot thank Sarah enough for working with us through this whole process. After being a life-long renter, I was finally ready to take the plunge but there were several challenges – the pandemic, a ridiculously hot real estate market, a limited budget but specific needs, a wide area in which we were looking (from Olympia out west to Aberdeen and south to Centralia, Chehalis and beyond), and doing so from way over in Wenatchee. Sarah was the perfect agent for us. She patiently showed us numerous homes throughout our wide search area, including some I am sorry to have sent her into. She was always there for advice but never tried to push us into or out of a decision. She would point out things to consider and let us decide. After all the houses we looked at and four offers on houses that were close but not quite enough, she really came though with getting us into the house that really was the best of anything we looked at. Throughout it all she always said, “Trust the process and you will get the house you were meant to have in the end.” I doubted that line all along, but I must admit that is exactly how things turned out. Sarah built enough trust that we made the offer on our new home solely on her video walkthrough and advice, without having physically been to it. When we came over for the inspection after the offer was accepted thanks to her, we were completely happy with what we found and continue to be so after a month and having finished the move.
