Joyce did a tricky job of representing both the seller and the buyer. I’ve never believed that a realtor who is representing a seller can actually fairly represent the buyer so I was not prepared for how amazing she would be! she had to deal with massive time zone differences, all sorts of repairs, and I think she did an excellent job and handling everything.
