Michael is on top of what is and isn't selling in the Lake Ashton area. He priced our house to SELL & it sold in 2 days! He patiently and calmly talked us through everything we needed to do to stage & sell the house. His photographer took fantastic pictures, including drone pictures. Mile advised us on which services such as the electric to have turned off at specific times to allow the new owner to have services at the house on day one. Since we we were moving before the sale closed, he described how the signing process would be handled by the Lake Wales Title Company. We found Michael to be patient, personable & professional and we HIGHLY recommend him as your realtor.

Mike went above and beyond to help with our real estate transaction. He is very knowledgeable, personable and prepared. Mike was accurate in his analysis of the property. He has great insight into the Lake Ashton community and I would not consider any other realtor in the area. His commission structure is quite reasonable. He is well connected with local contractors in the event a repair needs to be done to the property. I highly recommend Mike as a buyer's or seller's agent.

Michael helped me sell my parents' home in central Florida. He made everything so easy. I listened to him and got a larger than expected price for the home. He helped guide me to address the items that needed to be addressed to get the price I wanted. He also provided me with a complete list of companies and individuals to help me get everything addressed. This was particularly helpful since I was from out of state. The photos he had taken of the home were amazing and really helped bring in potential buyers. Because he is so well known and respected, he was able to push back the closing date for me when something unforeseen occurred. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. Listen to what he tells you and do it! He knows his stuff!

I saw a house in Lake Ashton online that I liked and I showed my husband and he liked it too. II called Lake Aston Resales and lucked out when Anita answered our phone call. Her knowledge of the Lake Ashton community was invaluable. She answered all our questions. We were not able to travel and see the property we liked in person as I had just had major surgery. Anita did a video walk through for us and it enabled us to make our decision to purchase. From the first phone call through the closing she guided us and gave us all the pertinent information we needed. Anita is knowledgeable, patient, personable and an asset to Lake Ashton resales.
