As first time buyers…

As first time buyers we had so many concerns and questions, emilio guided us correctly and professionally, we never felt pressured or lost on the process, he was very honest on everything and any question we asked he had the answer which showed us that he has a lot of experience on what he does. We are very happy with our home and will never regret having him as our realtor. Of course we will contact him to buy our second property!!??

Para primeros compradores como yo, hay mucho desconocimiento del tema, y Emilio se encargó de explicarme cada detalle con una paciencia increíble. If we can give 10* Jesus would get all of them! he was very instructive and helpful, he was patience with our questions, doubts and concern, he got us qualified with a great lender and help us get all the paperwork together, we are not so tech-skilled but he took the time to assist us throughout the process. Jesus showed us the houses that matched our criteria, he had the necessary knowledge about what was important and what not. If you are looking for a good realtor that really takes care of you and not only his commission, Jesus is the one. We will buy again with him and if we need to sell, we will call his number! Recommended!
