I normally don’t write reviews, but for this experience, it was a must. Ron Pollard blew me away with his confidence and knowledge of the housing market and details that came with every property. You hear stories of realtors who try to push you toward a house or “sell you” on a house and Ron was far from it. As we would walk through house Ron was not only pointing out the beauties of the home, but helping find any defects, underlying problems, or things that could use some work. Not once did he ever try to persuade me toward a house, but rather went above and beyond to make sure I was fully aware of anything that the house may throw my way if I was to put an offer in on it. He was always available and ready for any house we wanted to look at. After finding the right house for me, Ron not only went out of his way to ensure that I got the best price for my home. He also made sure that the stuff I wanted fixed on my home inspections were taken care of and insured that a home warranty was added to my home. This experience felt extremely comfortable and was more like finding a home with one of your best friends rather than a realtor. I would like to thank Ron for this incredible experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home, especially if you are a first time home buyer!

Ron helped take away the anxiety we had on the entire home buying process. We were picky at times going through several different homes, and Ron was very patient with us easing our frustration of finding our perfect home. He took the time to explain things every step of the way so we could rest assure we were making the best possible decisions. He went over everything in detail from the inspections, to what we could expect from all the paperwork we were going to be signing and answering any questions we had, making sure that we did not miss anything. By the time we found the house we were set on, Ron felt more like a friend and part of the family. Once we had the keys to our new home, we ran into issues with the garage door opener and Ron went out and got us TWO new ones to replace the old one we were given and EVEN HELPED INSTALL them! Can't say thanks enough!
