Morgan was a huge help, both for buying my condo in FL and then selling the same condo some 5/6 years later. The photos and virtual tour he created for my sale was unlike any others I’ve seen. I have numerous friends selling/buying out of state a not one has had the same easy and comprehensive assistance I had. (Serious, with the pandemic, why aren’t more people utilizing the same type of virtual tour we used.) I would highly recommend going with Morgan when looking to buy or sell.

Morgan’s market knowledge and professional work on selling my condo far exceeded my expectations. When he posted the condo he had a virtual tour which was excellent!! The day it went on the market the first buyer offered asking price and it was a done deal from there. It took 4 hours on the market to sell and I attribute this to Morgan. Although we had a few problems with the HOA his drive and knowledge of the problems were handled in a very timely manner. I would definitely use Morgan in the future!!
