Doug was an attentive and helpful agent. We bought from out of state and he was always there to answer our question and concerns. As a result of working with Steve (and his partner Kerry) has restored my faith in realtors. The manner in which Steve interacted with my wife and I during the purchase of our home in Waterlefe is exactly what I expected in every aspect. Steve was thorough and gave us all the information we needed (electric, gas, water, etc.) to get us connected as soon as possible. Steve went above and beyond what I have experienced in my dealings with realtors over the past 40 years. No matter what the question I had, Steve always responded even if it was to tell me that he wasn't sure and would get back to me, which he did without failure. Steve had a conflicting appointment when we had the home inspection schedule so Kerry stepped in and it was like dealing with Steve's doppelganger in that I had several questions during the inspection dealing with current regulations, HOA details and contractor options, Kerry never missed a beat in his responses. I can not recommend Steve highly enough because of the manner in which he conducted himself during the purchase of our home. He truly displays the hallmarks of a true real estate professional!!!
