•Mercie and her team were fantastic to work with and made the whole experience easier for me. They provided expertise in pricing/home value, neighborhoods and property conditions. When we toured properties, they noticed things that I didn't and provided insights as to the possible impact of "issues". I was looking for a property with some rental potential and they had great suggestions about home layouts, decorating, and how to make renting workable. The responsiveness and communication is top-notch; not just with me, the client, but also coordinating with the many others involved in the process (realtors, inspectors, title company, bank, etc). After my purchase, they have continued to assist me with figuring things out in my new home (they came out and fixed my garage door opener!) and have provided great recommendations on vendors in the community. The team is kind, flexible, patient, and knows their stuff!
