TJ is the Man

T.J is very knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he’s doing. The process was very smooth and easy. Very quick responses and alertness from him as I was very anxious to sell the lot. Highly recommended if want a legit, quick, easy transaction with no bs. I would recommend him. The thing that stood out the most was he is very quick to reply and he genuinely cared about his relationship with me. Even though it was not a big transaction I am very surprised and impressed with how much he worked hard to close on it, very aggressive to make sure you get paid the most!!! The most impressive thing is I don’t think he sleeps. He will be my penetrant agent from here on out.
