•We told Mike our ideal home and location in the Palmetto/Bradenton area. He promptly found all available houses in the area and reviewed them, informing us of the good, bad and the ugly, overall just giving us the same thoughts as if he were to purchase the home for himself. Mike has an extensive knowledge of the market and knew exactly what to look for when we would tour houses. When we put an offer on our home, it was accepted and I was overwhelmed with all the inspections we had to get scheduled and done in such a short amount of time. Mike knew most all of the people and businesses we needed to complete everything which made the process very smooth. He also worked a deal with the seller to get some work done on the house before closing, at the sellers expense which saved us some money. ***We found Mike through a program called homesforheroes, which any veteran, teacher, or first responder qualifies for. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a home to give Mike a call.
