Brett was our realtor for our first time home buying process. We found the house that we wanted during our first time out looking. Once Brett put in the offer we had a lot of counters from the seller. It was very nerve-racking for us so I am sure it was also for Brett. However he was very professional and got it closed. Even after closing we had a small hiccup with the title company and Brett was still in contact with both of us to make it right. You will be in good hands with Brett and we would use him again in the future.

Brett really helped guide us through the process. Our experience was a bit unique, being out of state buyers, but Brett really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. He helped identify the perfect area, traveled there numerous times and sent pictures and videos. Brett really did a fantastic job and I would certainly utilize his services again in the future.
