Nestor was truly a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with our long process of finding our dream home. He was always prompt and available as well as very professional. Nestor helped me find my first home. :) Around this time last year; I was actively searching for a condo for months and grew frustrated with the options I was left with - extremely high prices for small subpar condos and studios. That's the Bay Area for you! I was up against a very competitive market, but all it takes is a phenomenal real estate agent to help you find what you want and can afford. Nestor was the perfect realtor. He carefully listened to my needs and quickly executed, exceeding my expectations! The day after I spoke to him about my search, I get a call from him informing me that he's found the perfect condo for me, and it's off-market. I was shocked to learn that he found a condo within a day, given I've been searching for months! With his help, I got pre-approved right away, the contract sealed by the end of the week, and I closed soon after. We moved quickly, but that is how I got my condo. Nestor made the home buying experience on the peninsula a walk in the park. When I first approached Nestor, I was daunted by the thought of purchasing my first home, but Nestor outlined the process, setup an easy to follow to-do list and spent additional time to walk me through any questions I had. Nestor was very accessible through e-mail, phone and text and responded immediately. When I had questions, Nestor demonstrated his professionalism and in-depth knowledge to ensure all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Nestor was very involved and paid careful attention to what I was looking for in a home to ensure that the home aligned with my expectations. When the time came for visiting properties, Nestor setup appointments that worked with my busy schedule and ensured the visits went smoothly. Nestor also provided an honest perspective as to the pros and cons of the properties we viewed as well as potentials concerns that I would have never thought of. This was very important as I didn’t feel he was trying to make a quick sale but rather help find the perfect home for me while establishing real expectations of the various locations. Mike was our first pick of real estate professionals because he is a local who absolutely loves the area he serves and wants to make sure you do as well. Mike was extremely prompt when it came to answering texts, phone calls, or emails and went above and beyond making sure we had a great experience. In one instance, we wanted to see a house for the second time under a short notice; Mike was unable to attend with us, but he made arrangements to make sure that we were, in fact, able to see the house for the second time. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking in the four state area for the home of their dreams. Mike will make sure he finds a house that suits your needs at a budget you're looking for.
