•My wife and I were just going to check out realtors, when Teresina came to talk to us we knew in are spirit that she was the realtor for us. We talked about the market and the pricing around are area, we came to a price and signed the papers right then. Teresina had it on the market within a week and had 2 or 3 couples look at it on the first day and one of the couples put a bid on it the first few days. During the process Teresina and her office personnel helped us with any questions or things that had to be done. We will highly recommend Teresina and her office personnel. Jerry & Karen Myers
