Nicola Was great to work with. She was absolutely incredible how she managed to do the things that I thought were not possible at the time, being that I was living in a different state while trying to sell my home in NC. I would highly recommend her. Also If you are stressed out in looking for someone or have any worries at all, take all of that away if you are going to work with her. Words don't do justice at how easy the process was with her.

At the end of 2016, my husband was transitioning out of the Army, and we were looking to rent our house since we would be moving out of state. Nicola was recommended to us as a Property Manager by a friend, and what an incredible recommendation it was! Nicola came out to the house, did a full tour of the house with me, said on the spot that our house would be perfect rental property, and that she could get someone in there very quickly. She did just that. She kept us informed on every step of the process, and truly made us feel comfortable renting our home even living out of state. She continued to ensure that our house was taken care of for the three years that we had it as a rental property. At the start of 2020, my husband and I were trying to decide if we wanted to continue renting our house, or if we were going to sell, and when we raised this question to Nicola, she gave us her honest opinion and said that we could definitely sell now. When we decided to go ahead and list out house, it was an easy decision to have her as our realtor because she had already done an incredible job as our Property Manager. She took the most amazing photos of our home, made excellent recommendations of improvements, and listed it so fast! She had showings constantly, communicated every detail with us, and with each showing came an offer. We had several offers that turned into accepted offers early on, and unfortunately, every buyer decided to back out. Nicola hated this for us, empathized with us, and it was never a fault of hers by any means. After these offers ended, she continued to do all she could to set up more showings, and continue getting offers, which is exactly what she did! In the end, Nicola helped us sell out home for more of a profit than we expected, and we truly owe the whole experience to how great she is at her job! We wish we could use her again on our future sales or buys; you cannot go wrong picking Nicola!
