Ray appears to have all the basic requirements one would look for in a realtor, motivated and energetic with viewing, experienced enough to be able to provide good advice regarding offers and counter offers, and works easily within the digital world we now live in to smooth the ride to closure. The sale was executed in a reasonable period of time, particularly considering the disruption caused by the prevailing pandemic, and I cannot see any advantage that would have been gained by using a much higher cost ' traditional ' agent.
