There for me at every step!
Ray really came through for me. I was out of town for most of the selling process and he represented me and really looked out for my best interest.

Great job Ray
Ray did a great job selling my home. It sold in about a day for just a little above my expectations. Communication were a breeze.

3 % Realty - a great decision!
Ray researched the market and gave us realistic expectations. Provided support and guidance in understanding what we needed to do to have the sale go as smooth as possible. We were out of state sellers and Ray maintained a high level of communication from beginning through the close. Closing was seamless and easy. Not having sold a house in over 30 years, we asked a lot of questions and received answers easy to understand. We appreciated his professionalism and personable demeanor. House was under contract in five days.
