I’d give her 4 thumbs up, but I only have 2 hands

There were more closing hiccups with this sale than me at closing time back in the 80s. From attorney paperwork screw ups, to paperwork not getting done in a reasonable manner Charline, she reminded me of a mama duck, nudging who needed nudging. Whatever the speed bump was, she made calls or sent emails to get the burp burped I can say if I could pick a person to educate new agents on how to get stuff done , she would be the one
