•Brielle was able to look all over the Twin Cities, suburbs in every direction, and know everything about the towns, locations, and style of houses in each location for me. Her knowledge and experience was not limited by any factors. When we would walk into a house Brielle would know exactly what to look for, red flags, things that stood out, I would observe her turning on every light, faucet, shower, sink on in the house, checking the circuit breakers, all of the appliances, floor boards, foundations if visible, looking into crawl spaces, checking locks, she was thorough and nothing got past her. She also was prepared the second we walked in a house, she always had the disclosures pulled ahead of time, with dates for all the appliances, furnace, water heater, AC, roof, windows, and any additions ready to go. She would take notes for each house and do comps on every house I was considering. She was honest with me and made me away of houses that would not be a good fit, were a financial pit, or had multiple red flags. She is knowledgeable, and if she didn’t know the answer off the top of her head (which was very rarely) she would find it out for me. She had numerous connections in real estate and utilized them to help me find my dream home. When it came down to putting offers on houses, Brielle is perceptive of what the sellers are looking for, and would individually adjust my offers based on the house, while looking out for my best interest. She is also a professional when it comes to dealing with the seller and their agent. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful it was to work with her. She made my home buying experience fun, and supported me when houses fell through or they didn’t work out. I will be recommending her to all of my friends, family, and coworkers that are looking for houses, and I would recommend you choosing her to help you find your dream home!!!
