•I can't say enough good things about Gina Wilson. This was my first time buying a house and she really took the time to walk me through the process, and answer any questions I had. She listened and cared about what my needs and wants were, and educated me along the way. Gina would give me the pro's and con's of each house based on what I wanted, and how it would or wouldn't fit in with what I was looking for. Along the way, my needs and wants changed a bit, but she was understanding and adapted. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was up against two other offers, and Gina advised me on what we should include or not include, and how much to offer to have the best chance in my offer being the one accepted. Due to her advice, I got the house that I wanted. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone who was looking for someone that strived to give excellent customer service, and didn't act like they were in it to just make a sale no matter what.
