An Amazing Team!! Pam & Michael are phenomenal! They Exceeded all our expectations & MORE!!!

Pam and Michael were absolutely the best real estate team we could have ever hired! They were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in all transactions, they were extremely patient, listened to our concerns and helped develop solutions, and in a “down” market were always encouraging and were so kind & helpful. In addition, they consistently went “above & beyond” for us to ensure that the entire process from start to finish was seamless and absolutely met & exceeded all of our expectations. My husband & I decided to sell our condo in FL due to health reasons and living in MA and being unable to travel would, in most cases, pose a problem for both us and the buyers of the unit. Pam & Michael never gave it a second thought.. they offered ideas on decorating/staging the condo so it looked so nice, they suggested taking out some items and removing others, they sent us constant updates on showings and suggested a strategy moving forward so the condo would sell. They worked together with the condo association to ensure any/all requirements were met and if that wasn’t enough they were willing to store our few precious items within the requested timeframe to meet the passing date. With all that said, the entire process from start to finish was absolutely seamless for both us and the buyers. A Win/Win for all!!!
