HUNTING PARADISE, remote, isolated, peaceful, retreat. Land is hilly and not good for farming. Sandy Creek is fairly shallow but meanders thru the property for more than 500 feet. A shallow Beaver pond is evident in one area and appears to be about an acre. Deer, squirrels, rabbits, & turkeys have been seen on the land. There are mostly hardwoods on the property with a few pines. There is a nice cabin for shelter, but no utilities are available. There is a shallow well but a generator must be used to get water. This property is very difficult to access and the legal easement will be very difficult to develop as you must cross Sandy Creek and there are substantial trees and wetlands involved. This is not a good property for a full-time residential use.
