Overview

Napili Point: Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step outside to one of the most coveted spots on Maui's west side: Honokeana Bay. Napili Point C35 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath lofted ocean-view condo, set on Napili Point (Ka'elekii Point) - a dramatic rocky headland where the sunsets are legendary and the snorkeling is fantastic. Grab your mask and fins and drop right into the cove, where sea turtles cruise the reef on a daily basis. In the calmer summer months, swim laps across the bay- it's roughly the size of an Olympic pool. When the North swells roll in during winter, settle into one of the two resort pools, fire up the barbecue, and watch the surfers and whales from your front row seat. C35 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit where the loft serves as the second bedroom - a versatile, airy layout that vacation rental guests love. Air conditioning, spectacular ocean and island views, and an established rental program make this an attractive opportunity. Electric is included in the HOA fees and the building runs on solar, keeping both your costs and your conscience clean. Get your macadamia nut pancake breakfast next door at the Gazebo, then head onto the white sands of Napili Bay. Just North is the Kapalua Resort where you have world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, five-star hotels, fine dining such as Merriman's - all within easy reach. Drive ten minutes north and you're at Honolua Bay, one of Maui's most celebrated surf and snorkel spots. This 115-unit complex has historically operated as a short-term rental property and C35 is currently enrolled in a popular vacation rental program. This property is zoned hotel and is not on the Minatoya list but as always, buyers should verify current zoning and STR regulations with their own advisors prior to closing.
