The point of access to the tract is from Bluff View Drive, near FMNR Landmark ''Mother's Bridge''. The designated 1 acre home site is in a fixed location along the brow (with valley views into the Sequatchie Valley) near Bluff View Drive for convenience of construction and installation of utilities.
