The owner has not accepted bookings for 2026. The bedrooms are very spacious and 4 of the 5 can easily hold a king-sized bed. Three of the bedrooms can serve as a primary suite. The main level king bedroom has private access the the hall bath. The second level hosts 4 bedrooms - a King Primary, Bunk Room with ensuite bath, a Queen bedroom and a Queen + 2 Twins bedroom. All 2nd floor baths have a double vanity. The ensuite baths have showers and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Excellent entertainment space abounds on the main level with a Great Room featuring 2 seating areas. The dining area seats 12. Additional seating is at the counter bar (2 stools). Outdoor dining space is plentiful with 2 tables on the screened porch and a large picnic table on the deck. The kitchen is laid out for multiple users and the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for staging a buffet. There is laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The HVAC system(2 zones) was replaced 3-4 years ago and receives semi-annual maintenance. You'll never run out of hot water with the Rinnai on-demand gas water heater. The outside shower has been winterized. The main level common areas have ceramic tile flooring, and all bedrooms are carpeted. Second floor bathrooms have vinyl flooring for easy maintenance. This house is sold fully furnished and is in turn-key condition for either personal or rental use. The current rental license expires in May. This property does require flood insurance. Most of the neighbors are year-round residents adding to the friendly and quiet atmosphere that Turtle Walk is known for. There is no mandatory HOA, but there is an active, voluntary community association that produces a resident directory and hosts community events and happy hours.
