Ever dream of leaving the noise behind and creating a place where life moves at the pace of the seasons? Tucked away on 15 private acres in the heart of Northern Michigan, this handcrafted log home is more than a residence—it's a homestead where mornings begin with coffee on the covered porch, afternoons are spent tending the orchard or casting a line into your own stocked pond, and evenings end beneath a sky full of stars. Inside, rustic craftsmanship meets modern comfort with custom natural stone accents, stamped concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat, hickory cabinetry, quartz countertops, and quality stainless steel appliances. The spacious main-floor primary suite features a spa-like ceramic shower, walk-in closets, and convenient main-floor laundry, while the upper level offers its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room—ideal for guests, extended family, or multi-generational living. Outside, the possibilities are endless. A horse barn with two stalls, a heated 30' x 72' pole barn with radiant floor heat, an additional storage barn, covered gazebo, apple orchard, stocked pond, and abundant wildlife make this property equally suited for hobby farming, horses, recreation, or simply enjoying the peace and privacy of country living. Located just minutes from Torch Lake and Northern Michigan's renowned Chain of Lakes, this is where rustic charm, modern convenience, and the homesteading lifestyle come together.
