Overview

DRASTIC REDUCTION DUE TO SELLERS' HEALTH... Beautiful Horse Farm...This property has it all and is only 3 miles from the Milton city limits and 4 miles from Milton High School. The 26 acre farm hosts a gorgeous custom home with too many amenities to list. There is also a pool/guest house and a caretakers cottage on the property. In addition to the living quarters, there is a 5000 sf horse barn that is outfitted with 12 x 12 stalls, office space, tack room and emergency exit lighting. The barn flooring is dirt. The guest/pool house is 576 square ft with a kitchenette and bath, plus a wrap around porch facing the custom gunite pool with beautiful glass mosaics and fountains. The main house has vaulted ceilings, stone tile flooring and engineered wood flooring in the bedrooms. There is a second kitchen and bonus area that makes a large apartment area for a mother-in-law or guest quarters. The loft in the apartment area can be used as a bedroom. There is a downstairs closet. There is also RV parking, equipment storage/barn and a detached oversized garage with a loft area. There are high end granite counters and all solid oak wood doors for privacy in bedrooms, one gas and one electric fireplace and a home theater room, complete with built in wet bar. The copper sinks, mission oak and use of antique pieces in the cabinetry are just a few of the things that lend charm to this unique property. Plan a visit to the farm and be prepared to fall in love!
