Overview

High atop the Wild Horse Mesa, from this 2.53 acre property you'll see views that will astound you. This is big sky country where you'll witness the phenomenon that is the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Watch the first rays of the sun as it comes up over the Sangres then as the sun sets in the west, this giant part of the Rockies often turns pink and then purple with the last light of the day. Then when the stars come out, you'll see more stars than you've ever seen in your life. This is an off the grid property. If the buyer chooses to build they will need to install a septic and a solar energy system. Mesa residents use buried cisterns and transport water from the Community Center to their cisterns.
