Overview

***SELLER WILL CONSIDER REASONABLE OFFERS!!!*** YAY WE ARE FINALLY BACK FOR SALE AGAIN! THIS HOME WAS TAKEN OFF THE MARKET ONLY TO FINALIZE PROBATE PROCESS. A 2 plus bdrm. 1 bath bungalow style home. Seller notates: In addition to the 895 sq. ft. shown at the courthouse, this home has a finished room (approx.. 17x9) with a closet and an unfinished attic for storage (approx.. 16x10). Make this large space an office/large 3rd bdrm/or both. Add a 2nd bathroom? Laundry space downstairs is also an add -on, therefore more sq. footage not shown at the courthouse. This, according to the Seller, brings the total living space up to approx. 1100 sq. ft. Move right in, it?s liveable and cozy, or if an investor, make the improvements to resale. A great location and good neighborhood, within walking distance to the middle and high schools. Covered front porch*Back porch/Covered deck plus an 11x12 patio that?s perfect for grilling and entertaining. A fenced in backyard, and not to mention a 20x14 shed built to last (2x4 framing, 2x6 floor joists) with drop crank staircase that makes for easy access to the loft and extra storage. This home is not new nor fancy, owned and was occupied by one owner for the last 30+ years. It could use some updates, sure! New carpet, fresh paint yes! But the home still has some good bones to work with. Seller update: Painting some rooms, will offer a $3000 carpet allowance with an acceptable offer. Please verify sq. footage to your satisfaction.
