And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the Property on APRIL 3, 2023 at 1:30 PM All the Right, Title, Interest & Estate of Restore Such a One Deliverance Center, Inc., t/a Restoring Kingdom Church, Kevin Robinson, and Anthony Corprew in the Property. Terms: A deposit of $10,000 on the property in cash or certified funds at time and place of sale. Balance due in 30 days after ratification by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
