Welcome to this beautifully remodeled ranch-style villa in the highly desirable Kerryton Place Villas, a gated community of just 39 villas in Ellisville! The crown jewel of the villa is the completely updated center island kitchen with 42" soft-close cabinets, dovetail drawers, special pullouts like a spice drawer & double trash cabinet, gorgeous quartz countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash & undercabinet lighting. The nearly 1,800 sq ft main level also offers an open great room and dining room, two bedrooms including a primary suite with double-bowl vanity & large walk-in closet, two full baths & a nice-sized laundry room. The finished, deep pour walkout lower level adds 1,000 sq ft of living space with a huge rec room, a 3rd bedroom & full bath...plus tons of storage space. Enjoy new LVP flooring in the main living areas and baths, new carpet in the bedrooms & LL rec room, new lighting, vanities, toilets & fresh paint throughout. Other updates include all new tilt-in vinyl windows, 5" baseboards on the main floor, 2 new Pella sliders, a new water heater and a one-year-old roof! Unwind on the beautiful deck with new composite flooring and black aluminum railings overlooking a peaceful backdrop of trees. Best of all, enjoy carefree villa living with lawn care, irrigation, snow removal & most of the exterior maintenance handled by the HOA for a very reasonable monthly fee!
