Overview

Experience exceptional lakefront living where this stunning contemporary home is ideally positioned on the bay side of Brendel Lake-an 89 acre all-sports lake connected to Mud Lake, surrounded by abundant wildlife & wetlands. From the custom beach, the water deepens quickly to more than 20 feet with a sandy bottom, creating excellent conditions for swimming & fishing, just steps away. This property also includes deeded access to the boat launch. Perfectly designed to capture sweeping lake views, the home blends modern comfort with the serenity of a private waterfront retreat. Inside, a dramatic great room with a gas fireplace & expansive windows showcases breathtaking views of the lake, creating a warm and inviting space for both everyday living and entertaining. The thoughtfully designed kitchen features granite countertops, a gas range, & a built-in butler’s pantry, offering both style and functionality. A low-maintenance deck stretches across the entire rear of the home, providing the perfect setting to relax, dine, and take in the panoramic lakefront scenery. The finished walkout lower level expands the living space with a second fireplace, built in murphy bed, new flooring, & a doorwall that opens to a beautiful paver patio & expansive backyard. The grounds feel like a private garden retreat, featuring a greenhouse, raised garden beds filled w/vibrant perennials, and a charming private beach framed by natural boulders along the shoreline. With 3 bedrooms, 2 beautifully remodeled bathrooms, & numerous updates—including A/C mini-splits, a new septic field (2017), water heater (2021), lakefront shed (2017), greenhouse, whole-house R/O system, second washer & dryer hookup upstairs, new entry and garage doors (2017), and a custom bedroom closet storage system. The long driveway is large enough to accommodate all your visitors. Close to M-59 for easy commutes. Enjoy the ultimate vacation at home lifestyle on Brendel Lake where every day feels like a getaway!
