Overview

Rare 65± Acre Ozark Homestead – Cabins, Pool, Creek & Full Infrastructure Near the Black River This is the one you've been waiting for. 65± acres of Ozark timber and open ground in Lesterville, MO — just 2 miles from the spring-fed Black River — with more existing infrastructure than most buyers could build in a decade. The property includes a two-story main lodge, seven private cabins, a full bathhouse, multiple storage structures, and a 40,000-gallon pool ready for restoration. A 440-foot well and full utility infrastructure are already in place. A creek runs through the property. The land offers a natural mix of open ground and wooded acreage — ideal for gardens, livestock, hunting, or simply having room to breathe. Whether you're drawn to the homestead lifestyle, looking to create a multi-generational family compound, or just want a private Ozark retreat with real bones — this property checks every box. Cleared areas throughout the land provide ready-made space for pasture, food production, or additional structures. Minutes from world-class floating, fishing, and swimming on the Black River. Properties like this — land, structures, water, and location all in one — rarely come to market. Sale includes land and existing structures only.
