Welcome to Turtle Lake, one of Michigan's most extraordinary private retreats with 1,408+/- acres of pristine wilderness wrapped around a 170+ acre spring-fed lake that's entirely yours. No public access. No shared shoreline. Just the sound of loons in the morning and sunsets that reflect off the water like glass. This is more than land, it's a legacy. With over 2.5 miles of lake frontage, miles of winding trails, and a river system coursing through the property, every turn unveils something new: a quiet duck marsh, a hidden food plot, or a stand of mature hardwoods filled with grouse. Fishing is phenomenal with healthy populations of bass, pike, and bluegill and the lake supports all types of water recreation: boating, kayaking, swimming, and paddleboarding. Turtle Lake is completely private to your land. The wildlife here is unmatched. You'll find whitetail deer, black bear, waterfowl, wild turkeys, bald eagles, grouse, and even Michigan elk roaming the property. Multiple hunting blinds are thoughtfully placed for year-round sport. A cozy two bedroom cabin sits right on the water's edge, perfectly positioned to soak in lakefront views. There's also a garage for storing your toys and gear. Paved road frontage and power make access easy, while the charming town of Gaylord is just a few miles away for dining, groceries, and golf.
