The living room has hand hewn beams and hand made adobe walls with a beehive fireplace. The first addition of 3 bedrooms was added in the 1950's and one of the architects was Bennie Gonzales who was an intern with DIP Construction and working his way through school as a fireman. The master on the south side was added in the 1980's and the kitchen was the last addition. The owners of this home since 1953 took great pride in caring for and fertilizing the orange trees. Architectural plans available from 1920's to 1983 when the last remodel was done. This property is being sold ''as is''.
