Large pines were cleared in building site in 2008. Now there are some small growth pine easy to remove. See the moon and sunrises over Denver. A very special acreage where no one can block your views. My son is builder in Colorado, cost plus 20% but you can bring any builder. I will transfer existing plans incase they work for you. I will consider short term financing so you can secure lot and have plenty of time to figure out plans, and secure interim home construction loan. Beautiful area
