The perimeter of both lots combined is approximately 100 feet at the road, 100 feet deep and 135 feet of bulkhead, replaced in 2018. Plenty of on-lot parking. There is also a large barn style shed included offering lots of storage (appx. 7K value). The community ramp is free access to residents. If you can live a bit rustic, you have found a spot ready for you to occupy. Or build new as many others have done in this quaint location. The voluntary HOA holds many activities to join in on and make new friends. We are sorry to sell but the time is right for us to do so.
