If the property is sold as a whole as the auction we will not add any restrictions. If the property sells in groups we will add the following:
1. No junkyards or salvage yards. No accumulation or storage of junk, scrap metal, inoperable vehicles, discarded appliances, or similar materials.
2. No commercial dumping or landfills. Property shall not be used for dumping, disposal, or storage of garbage, waste, or hazardous materials.
3. No unlicensed/inoperable vehicles outdoors. No more than two inoperable or unlicensed vehicles may be stored outdoors, and any such vehicles must be screened from neighboring properties and public roads.
4. Manufactured homes must meet minimum standards. No single-wide mobile homes; double-wide or modular homes permitted if permanently installed on an approved foundation.
5. No commercial animal operations. Normal residential farming, livestock, horses, gardens, and mini-farm use permitted, but no commercial feedlots, hog operations, or similar intensive animal operations.
6. Property must be maintained. Lots shall be kept reasonably free of trash, debris, abandoned equipment, and other unsightly accumulations.
These restrictions are intended to preserve the residential and agricultural character of the property while permitting normal farming, livestock, recreational, and residential uses.
