Overview

Views, Views, Views!! This stunning 137 acre parcel has tremendous views in every direction. Enjoy Pikes Peak, the Wet Mountains and Bears Head peak from this beautiful parcel. The wildlife, including elk, deer, turkey, and pronghorn are drawn to this land just as you will be. Two ponds have consistent water year around, while two additional ponds come and go with the seasons. Electric has already been established at this property. There is an old hand dug well that has not been used in some time, but used to supply water to a neighboring parcel for livestock. Revive that old well, or make a go at a new well. The water appears to be abundant on this property. There is a newer 12x30 Innovative Structures Inc. outbuilding that is hooked to the grid and interior wiring is nearly complete. This structure is insulated, has windows and a metal roof. You could finish this structure into a tiny home while you build your dream home, or live in the tiny home and start the ranch of your dreams. The 137 acres is nearly completely fenced with only one side needing separation from the neighboring parcel to fence it completely. The zoning allows for 1 home/10 acres, but a moratorium on subdividing below 35 acres is currently in place. If you don't need 137 acres consider breaking it into 35 acre parcels. There are few opportunities in the beautiful Wetmore valley to own such gorgeous acreage.
