Overview

BEAUTIFUL 3-4 BEDROOM HOME ON AN ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING 5-ACRE OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND! The owners have turned this property into their own amazing oasis of fun for the entire family while adding valuable workspaces too. The recreational additions include a clean above-ground pool with a new pump (2026) and a new level to the outdoor deck (with space to add a hot tub if so desired), bringing the total deck levels to three! They also added a neat water feature near this area, which is also highlighted by a cool wooden bridge, which they also added. Also brought in was a large shipping container placed next to a large detached garage/workshop to provide more work and/or storage space. Probably the coolest addition, though, is located all the way at the back end of the property -- an incredible wooden structure that is a virtually an oversized jungle gym/deer stand/whatever else you can think of! It sits right next to picturesque and an amazingly clean Wolf Creek, which all makes for a great campground-like setting for the whole family! Other exterior additions include a 30x30 barn w/electric, a large garden area & plenty of fencing!Meanwhile, the home itself is also awesome! It features 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and multiple living spaces with options for room usages, such as play rooms or work areas. The main living area is truly a great space, featuring a really nice kitchen with newer backsplash, beautiful counter tops and cabinets and a nice eating bar that is open to the dining area and a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and huge sliding glass doors that conveniently lead out to the main deck and eventually the huge back yard. The half bath/laundry room is also conveniently located on this level. Updates done inside the home this year include all of the carpeting and the full bath on one of the lower levels.Other highlights include central air, 2-car attached garage, reverse osmosis water system, screened-in porch, concrete patio and more! A TRUE GEM!
