The attached bathroom has a dual-sink vanity with granite counters and a spacious shower.?As Villa Millitta has a split floor plan, the guest bedrooms are located off of the kitchen on the opposite side of the home. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the second has two twin beds. They both have flat-screen TVs and are also carpeted. The guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which features a shower and also serves as the pool bath. You will no doubt want to spend most of your time by the pool in the Florida sunshine! The pool is solar-heated (and also has a solar cover available), and has plenty of room to eat and work on your tan. There is a propane grill available for you to cook your meals poolside if you wish! Currently, there is no pool cage as the owner is waiting for it to be replaced from hurricane damage.
