Overview

Here's your chance to own your own farm! Working farm opportunity on 92+/- acres in Petroleum, WV! The majority of the acreage is woven wire fenced with treated wood posts only 5 years old, already being used for cattle and horses, offering ample pasture and grazing opportunities. Improvements include an Amish cabin (age unknown, renovated in 2025) with a sleeping loft, bath/laundry room, and an open kitchen/living room area. Under the cabin you'll find a heated cellar. Let's talk about the barn! a 64 x 56 barn with three sections. The center is currently holding 160 round hay bales, but if it were empty could make a small riding arena approximately 34 x 56, and an equipment room and a feed/tackle room. On the left side (facing) of the barn, you will find a double door that is currently housing a decent sized fishing boat, storage area, and beyond that you will find a fenced-off pen with a cutout for farm animals to come in. (goats, pigs, etc..) On the right side (facing) you'll find 4 large horse stalls. Whether you're looking for a working farm, horse property, homestead, or country retreat, this property provides the infrastructure and acreage to support a variety of uses. Enjoy the peace and privacy of rural West Virginia while benefiting from a farm that is ready for immediate use. Mineral rights do NOT convey. A portion of this property backs up to WV DNR property. Opportunities like this are hard to find. Schedule your showing today.
