Overview

There are precious few places left in DuPage County where you can step out your back door, walk a dirt trail, and disappear into 3,400 acres of oak savanna and prairie. Westminster Crossing is one of them. Anchoring this 13-home custom community is 2 Anthony Court, a nearly-acre cul-de-sac homesite where a mature treeline already wraps your future backyard, delivering the kind of privacy most lots take decades to grow. With 229 feet of depth and quiet cul-de-sac frontage, your future home sits where through-traffic doesn't, and where a fall evening might find you listening to hooves on the equestrian trails next door. Pratt's Wayne Woods Forest Preserve, the largest in DuPage County, sits just behind you, threading into the village's network of more than 100 miles of bridle paths. This is Wayne, Illinois. The Wayne-DuPage Hunt has ridden these woods since the 1920s. Dunham Castle and the Dunham Woods Riding Club are minutes away. Custom estates here reflect decades of thoughtful stewardship and architectural integrity, and Westminster Crossing's covenants set minimum residence sizes of 2,800 sq ft for ranches and 3,800 sq ft for two-stories, in keeping with the surrounding architecture. Bring your own architect. Bring your own builder. Start with a blank canvas. No prior plans to work around, no someone-else's-vision baked in. The lot sits ready, with utilities nearby and direct paved access from the Anthony Court cul-de-sac. Buyer to install well and septic per neighborhood standard. One of the Fox Valley's most distinctive settings is waiting for the home you'll design.
