Go 6.2 miles from HWY 321 until paved road ends at 1976 Carrs Creek Rd. Go 1.1 mile down the gravel one-lane road to this property on the right. See sign. The seller has no septic soil map to offer. The property was surveyed in 2013. I find no survey markers now. No knowledge if the property is buildable or not. It is priced as recreational property. There are no utilities on site.
