The thoughtfully designed layout offers multiple living spaces, a custom office/library with floor-to-ceiling built-ins, spa-inspired baths, and an oversized laundry/storage room rarely found in condo living. The spacious primary suite opens directly onto a breathtaking private terrace spanning the length of the unit, perfect for entertaining, grilling, or enjoying sunset skyline views. Recent updates include a 2025 primary bath renovation plus two additional marble baths.
