Natural gas line is in Eldridge. When visiting the Lot, DO NOT PARK in the driveway of 14 Eldridge. Park at the end of Eldridge and walk 10 feet up the driveway and look Right! Follow a line to the Re/Max sign that you see. The driveway easement shown on the Plan follows that path and you will see a concrete monument in the ground by a green fence post. That monument shows on the Plan. Look towards the woods and you will see a second green fence post and there is a ground monument there as well. Also shown on the Plan. There you can walk towards the back and find a second Re/Max sign in the building envelope. Do not visit without the Plan as there are no natural markers between this building Lot and the farmhouse Lot. This Lot has a newly assigned TMP (29-007-023) and is not yet assessed.
