Overview

Beautiful waterfront lots available on the Old Amite River on Canary Island in Port Vincent. Owner has two lots for sale, side by side for $55K each. If you have been looking for a property to share with family members or perhaps a business partner, this maybe just the place. Both lots (16-A and 16B/separate listings) have access to the Amite River and both are just under half an acre. Canary Island is a beautiful gated community with restrictive covenants and servitude dedications which include one single family dwelling per lot with the living square footage not less than 1,650 square feet for a single story and not less than 2,000 square feet living area, with a minimum of 1400 living on the first floor for a multi-story home. To access the private community, scroll to D. Thidodeaux to ring the sellers. They will open the gate from cell phone. (Access the island via Highway 42 in Port Vincent to Callie Savario Road to neighborhood entry gate. Once inside the development, cross over the private bridge to access the island. The two lots are on the right side facing the river.)
