Overview

This spacious 3 bedroom unit features a gorgeous updated kitchen, bright and cheery bedrooms and baths, plus an air conditioned lanai with impact windows to provide additional year round living space! This condo has great storage closets and cabinetry within, and in the garage as well. The garage even has an electronic roll down screen which converts the garage to giant screened area! Great for gatherings if the weather is rainy! The pull down hatch to the attic stairs is also vented for good air circulation. The association replaced every roof in the community in 2025 and there is no remaining assessment. The Brandywine community has the largest variety of recreational activities and facilities of all the Myerlee communities! The recreational facilities are located in one location and are in great shape. The amenities include multiple pickle ball and tennis courts, beautiful bocce courts, two large pools, a covered hot tub, BBQ area, community clubhouse with exercise room and more. The public executive golf course offers a number of discounted membership options but is also open for public play. Resident fees do not include golf. Community Activities are abundant but always optional. The location is hard to beat! Beaches, baseball, dining, shopping, and cultural events are convenient and make it easy to enjoy all that southwest Florida has to offer. Whether you are a snowbird or year round resident, Brandywine is a great choice for the Florida lifestyle.
