Overview

Beautiful Gem of a home on Ohialani, this very spacious, 4 bedroom / 2.75 bath home in Fern Forest is sure to please! Located not too far off the paved main road of Captain's Drive, about a third of the property is cleared and fenced where the house sits. Front entrance has double-doors that opens up to the main lower level, with the expansive living room and access to the wide lanai area that wraps around the corner and off to the back of the home. Kitchen that has been tastefully remodeled to balance a contrasting countertop and cabinet color scheme with nice clean lines. Thereʻs a large room that can have multi-purpose as a a home office, family/den room, and/or entertainment room with an extra closet for storage. The laundry utility room is also accessed through this area, efficiently placed for household chores. Exit out of into the garage area that has ample room for more storage on organizing your home goods or having an small indoor workshop. The upper level is where the "restful" areas are located with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. This allows for more privacy from the lower level living areas and also gives you the added security to see what's going on the outside of the home with the height advantage. Property is located at a higher elevation, so there is a nice ventilation for the upper level of the home. The master suite faces the front of the property and has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The other bedrooms are nicely-sized and enjoy views of the backyard and rear property. The home was renovated in 2020 giving the property a refreshed and modern feel. There is a leased PV solar system by SunRun that helps reduce the electricity cost while home is still connected to the grid as well as back up for power needs. Area surrounding has great neighbors and lots of possibility with the rest of the land that remains undeveloped in the rear portion of the property.
