Estimated delivery date is 6 months from the date of closing. Availability of a well permit has been confirmed by the Water Resources Division, and augmented water supply has also been confirmed by the San Luis Water Conservancy District. This allows the buyer to legally have animals on the property, proposed construction will include rights for up 2 horses, 20 sheep/goats, and 20 chickens, and roughly 1 acre of farming land to grow the crops of your choice.
